Hiring is a fairly simple process at Ray. We are mostly looking for someone to work with a lot of zeal and strive to get better at their craft be it Graphic designing or be it an ads manager intern all we are looking for is someone who is ready to learn everyday and works with a very positive attitude that’s infectious. Maintaining a respective work environment is paramount to us. The timings are pretty flexible and we are also open to people working remotely from their homes.
We also train and certify a lot of interns who then will also get a letter of recommendation from our end. You can use your internship certificate and your letter of recommendation to apply for jobs worldwide in the field of digital marketing. Additionally, the interns are a monthly stipend till their internship with us comes to an end.
